-Help customers understand the Service Menu and products and answer questions about their Reservations.
-Communicate with customers through live chat or email to answer questions, confirm bookings and solve problems.
-Ensure superior customer experience by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy and resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
-Document customer’s questions or concerns as well as the resulting answer or solution.
-Remain up to date on all the products and services that the company offers which customers may be more
likely to ask questions about.
