Ideal candidate will be an Assistant production manager of a Packaging / Print finishing department in Offset Printing Press, Paper Converting and Packaging Department, Plastics bags manufacturing, flexible packaging company.
Responsibilities:
• Planning and organizing production schedules: (Maximum efficiency of Man / Machine capacity and loading)
• Overseeing production processes for highest efficiency.
• Determining quality control standards
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipments.
• Supervising the work of junior staff, Shift supervisors, machine operators and dispatch.
• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
• Project and resource requirement planning and management.
Required Qualifications:
• Good written, spoken English & Hindi and has a computer knowledge
• 5 – 7 years experience in the same field or equivalent
• Preferably Indian Nationality
Experience: 5 - 7 years
