HR Assistant - Temporary

Aid & support HR office Operations,Payroll & Recruitment team.
Maintaining filing,index of employees personal records and perform filing as per the set procedures. Retrieves records as needed and ensures filing system is well organized.

B. Responsibilities and Duties

• File correspondence, documents, cards, invoices, receipts, and other employee’s personal records in alphabetical or numerical order or according to the filing system used by the department.

• Perform a check-list of all the documents/records filed as per the filing index or procedure assigned for filing job. Record filing proceedings on the index check-list and report any discrepancies.

• Sorts or classifies information, according to content, purpose, user criteria, or chronological, date order and as per the department filing system.

• Ensure that completed/arranged files (as per the filing procedure) are continued to be filed for new documents and records as per the given filing procedure.

• Manage all employee personal file database and records properly. Ensure no documents/records in the file are lost.

• Ensure files are accessible and that room & file space is well maintained. Report to the supervisor as and when required.

• Performing Audit for every month & make sure the eligible documents are available in the Employee Personal Files .
