Marekting Executive (Emirati National)

Purpose of the role:
Execute the Marketing Calendar in collaboration with the team. Research the local population specific customer requirement and work along with marketing team to drive new initiatives specific for the region. Handle the social media/ digital marketing platforms.

I. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial
a. Support the Marketing team to drive the budgeted same store growth for assigned market
b. Drive new initiatives targeting at increasing the foot fall and guest count for the assigned market
c. Ensure achievement of all campaigns based on the feasibility

Customer
d. Work with the stakeholders and execute a guest survey process and work with the operations on initiatives that will drive guest delight

Internal Business Process
e. Work with all the stake holders and conclude on assigned market’s specific marketing calendar for the year
f. Execute the marketing calendar
g. Manage Social Media presence of GICC primarily Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube. Manage existing platform and suggest introducing new platforms to stay relevant
h. Plan and launch innovative marketing campaigns within the specified budget
i. Manage the digital & social media platforms,
j. Through detailed market research come out with specific marketing requirement and plans
