• Clean and maintain all guest rooms and floor corridors to a high standard.
• Anticipated guest requirement and act accordingly.
• Provide turndown service to rooms as per set standard giving special attention to all VIP rooms.
• Make up rollaway beds/baby cots and handle any other requests made by guest with at most officially.
• Be aware of the Hotel facilities and actively promote where applicable.
• Obtain information on daily assignments.
• Take a section linen inventory.
• Report any discrepancies in room status to the Floor Supervisor.
• Report to the Housekeeping Supervisor any repairs or maintenance work that may be required in the guest’s rooms.
• Report to the housekeeping supervisor any rooms not serviced as instructed.
• To complete any special daily work assignments as assigned by supervisor.
• To perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• To perform any other duties as instructed by supervisor or any other executive manager.
• To be very flexible to work in all required shifts.
• To attend the housekeeping communication meeting.
• Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of assigned floor pantries and service area and floor
Experience: 1 - 2 years
nationality: Any Nationality
Education: Intermediate School, Secondary School, Diploma, Any Graduation.
