As a Bar Attendant, your role is to ensure the bar area is always clean and tidy whilst creating, mixing, making and pouring both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;
• Maintaining full knowledge of the beverage menu and possess the ability to give detailed descriptions of all beverages, including an understanding of the wine list
• Creating, pouring, mixing and making both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
• Ensuring beverage orders are correctly taken from guests and all orders are entered accurately into the Point of Sales System
• Ensuring that all glassware and beverage items are properly stocked and inspected prior to service
• Ensuring the bar area is always well maintained/clean at all times during service
• Maximizing sales opportunities by suggesting beverage options and upselling to guests where appropriate.
• Providing friendly, excellent customer service to all guests at all times
Experience: 1 - 6 years
Education: Intermediate School, Secondary School, Diploma, Any Graduation.
