• Order Management- Manage orders via Sales system into the SAP system. Resolve any Errors that may occur.
• Validate and monitor the daily orders received from the vans team on SAP and execute order preparation to check item availability,
• Ensure the compliance of the order to cash process for vans team
• Ensure all required reports & analysis are produced in timely & accurate manner
• Act as the key point of contact with the warehouse on the operations related to vans
• Validate accuracy of closing stocks and in transit stock reports
• Ensure timely escalation of low stock or out of stock situation and propose solutions
• Manage the Communication with sales team (Traditional Trade) to improve service level
