Job Description:
• Contacting potential clients or existing clients to inform them about the service.
• Consistently make a good first impression when calling leads.
• Meet company expectations for excellent customer service.
• Schedule appointments with prospective customers.
• Answer all customer questions honestly and accurately.
• Take relevant notes on all calls for future use and enter into database
• Schedule appointments for Marketing to meet with prospective clients.
• Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program.
• Set appointments with prospective clients based on our associates’ schedules.
