Head of Investment Advisory- Wealth Management

This role is to lead the investment department of a Financial Services/Insurance broking firm. The company is operational in the region for over 20 years with a wide network of Advisors.

This role is for a Senior Relationship Manager from a wealth management company or Bank.

Key job responsibilities:
- Grow the overall client base and investment portfolio through the existing IFA’s of the company.
- Onboard new source of businesses through b-to-b or b-to-c acquisitions.
- Train and develop Advisors to actively build an investment portfolio.
- Introduce new solutions on a regular basis.
- Build relationships with existing solution providers to get the best support for the Advisors.
- Manage and build a company wide support team.

To be successful in this role you must have the following as your past and current experience:
-client acquisition and investment advisory.
-good knowledge of all asset classes on investments for retail as well as private clients.
-managed a large team of wealth managers on a day to day basis and well aware of operational issues and resolution.
-Trained wealth managers on technical as well as sales skills is a must to be successful in this role
