Main responsibilities
• To manage and operate the development of the Security division.
• Meet the expectations of the customers, whilst fulfilling all the Company procedures and requirements.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate personnel and operations, improve the company’s efficacy, help achieve the company’s mission and goals, and produce an outstanding customer service.
• Manage and support all division operations on a daily basis.
• Ensure that any issues or conflicts are resolved satisfactorily in order to maintain the high service levels expected by all client and customer groups
• Working with the Account Managers attending client meetings as and when required.
• Conduct market study and obtaining the correct pricing for services during the preparation of new client and customer business proposals.
• Responsible for the preparations of the monthly staff meetings and also for the daily/weekly briefings with the team
• Responsible for carrying site visits and providing the necessary feedback to the Account Managers and team supervisors as required. Any area that requires any improvement an action plan is to be formulated and implemented at the earliest opportunity.
• Responsible for planning all transport requirements in advance of any contract start date.
• Ensure that all service level agreements within the contract scope of works are maintained. These should be monitored on a monthly basis using the client evaluation forms
• Monthly site audits are to be carried out in line with the service level agreements and agreed scope of works on all contracts.
• Ensure that the highest standards are achieved and maintained at all times.
• Liaises with the clients and customers on a regular basis.
Experience: 3 - 5 years
