Project Manager/Engineer
Qualification :
The ideal candidate should have minimum 15 years of industry experience and minimum 5 years managing large Middle East projects
The candidate should have BE/Btech in Civil or Masters in Construction Management
Duties and Responsibilities :
• Minimum 5 Years of Experience in managing a large project in the Middle East and dealing with local authorities.
• Project in charge and responsible for entire project progress and works including coordination with contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, clients and local authorities
• Experience in pre-cast and PT construction is preferred.
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 as well as design software such as AutoCad, Revit, BMI and others
• Experience in managing a team of multiple disciplines and backgrounds
• Fully conversant with International Standards and codes such as Fidic, ACI, British code, etc.
• He should be able to take responsibility and handle complete project independently on site with design backup from office.
• Single point of contact for all the works planned and executed by the contractor or other agencies on site
• Responsible to track progress of works vis-a-vis the approved work program of all the agencies.
• Responsible to maintain full compliance with specifications issued and ensuring the use of materials on site as per specifications issued.
Experience: 15 - 20 years
Education: Master of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil).
