1. Onsite Service Representatives for Monitoring, Incident
Management and Service Level Monitoring
2. Responsible of handling standard operational technical
issues escalated through many channels of reporting
incident.
3. Gather as much information as possible from the end user
and systems for the incident and to determine the issue by
analyzing the symptoms and figuring out the underlying
problem
4. Once the identification of the underlying problem is
established, begin sorting through the possible solutions
available
5. Handle straightforward and simple problems while using
available knowledge management tool.
6. Proactive monitoring and taking pre-emptive measures to
avoid an incident based on experience is expected;
7. Must have a general to intermediate understanding of the
Cisco range of IT products or service and may not always
contain the competency required for resolving complex
Experience: 5 - 8 years
Education: Bachelors in Computer Application(Computers), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Computers).
