The Marketing and PR Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimising Tips and Toes Public Relations and Digital Marketing Strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Develop effective PR plans using appropriate strategies and tactics.
• Organize and coordinate PR activities to maximize company exposure.
•Analyise results of PR campaigns and prepare reports.
•Plan and execute all website, email, social media content and advertising campaigns (social media and SEM) – brand, monthly offers, e-commerce in order to maximise traffic and conversions.
•Plan and create monthly e-commerce offers – offer proposal, content (visual and textual).
•Work closely with agencies on creating advertising content for targeted audience on social media and Google Search.
•Monitor, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
•Map and plan a comprehensive visitor’s online journey and collaborate with internal and external teams to create a website focusing on user experience (UX).
•Identify latest digital trends and collect insights on new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital developments.
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration(Management), Bachelor of Arts(PR/Advertising).
