1. Developing the marketing strategy in line with each companies’ objectives.
2. Co-ordinate for marketing campaigns with sales activities and promotions to support Company sales targets.
3. Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
4. Measure the lead generation campaigns and provide solutions for improvement.
5. Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for expanding the business network.
6. Identifying new audiences through various marketing channels and amend marketing strategies accordingly.
7. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing communications and report findings to the Reporting personnel.
8. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly.
9. Organizing events, launches, exhibition participation, etc., when required for any of our Companies.
10. Maintain a marketing database of all suppliers and vendors in coordination with the Administrative Department.
11. Working closely with each sub-division within the marketing department to ensure efficiency, productivity and deadlines are met.
12. Implementation of approved marketing calendar.
13. Provide the team members with instructions and information they need to deliver the work within the specified deadline
14. Maintain effective internal communication to ensure that all relevant Departments are kept informed of marketing campaigns and promotions.
15. Create and maintain reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
16. Brainstorm new, creative and innovative growth strategies with the Reporting Personnel.
17. Develop excellent communication, creative, and multi-tasking skills to meet the Company performance standards.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
