• Independently managing ATS multi user warehouse in JAFZA
• Implement new process flows to improve efficiency and inventory management in the warehouse.
• Develop and enhance all operations, documentations and warehousing activities by identifying shortfalls in the previous process and implement new , including periodical training of employees with best industrial practise
• Identify products and Plan the most efficient storage layout including racking for every customer by understanding their requirements so as to optimize the warehouse storage space
• Introduce and implement a robust inventory management system (WMS) and conduct periodical stock taking to avoid any shortages and losses
• Efficiently plan the human resources to increase productivity and reduced overtime.
• Develop SOP for MHE, Staffs requirements & all other activities involved in warehouse including scheduling timely services for all WH MHE’s.
• Focus on identifying new customers and generating revenues from value added services (VAS) including outsourcing any activity to minimize costs
• Independently handle and represent the company in JAFZA, Customs, documentation & other trade requirements including renewals of Operations fitness certificate (OFC) and Trade License
• Set up reports for management and customers , KPI’s for employees to measure their productivity
• Monitor data management ie ensure competitive pricing from vendors, quotation to customers are in line with the market and timely invoicing to customers.
• Manage the company fleet of trucks /trailors /pick-ups including periodical servicing and coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure the idle time is minimal.
• Responsible for the entire day to day warehouse operations including warehouse planning ,inventory management and timely distribution
• Ensure all EHS related standards and requirements are met and constantly monitored with strict compliance including maintaining high standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
