* Administering payment through RERA TAS system.
* Preparation of RERA audit reports
* Coordination with auditors - external & RERA Audit
* Unit Oqood Registration and Liaison with DLD for the same
* Project accounting to identify correct cost of the project
* Project Accounting – Ascertaining the Construction costs including Project Consultant and Cost Consultant expenses for all projects and ensuring that all expenses are uploaded in TAS and reconciling them with Company records, Bank records.
* Coordinating with the ESCROW agent (BANK) for any difference and ensuring that the Bank records and Compnay records are on the same page.
* Making Payments to Contractors and Consultants via Oqood Portal (TAS) and following up with RERA and Bank incase of payment hold by bank engineers for some reason.
Experience: 4 - 9 years
Education: Chartered Accountant(Chartered Accountant), CA Inter(Chartered Accountant), Master of Commerce(Commerce), Chartered Financial Analyst(Finance), Any Graduation, Bachelor of Commerce(Commerce).
