Experience:
A minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or results-based management preferably in a public organization.
Skills:
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise, negotiate and provide constructive challenge
Developed research, writing and evaluation skills, including the ability to assimilate a coherent overview from varying sources of information
Strong ICT skills to support and develop work, supported by excellent self-organization and co-ordination skills
Be able to analyze and communicate complex information/issues and present information effectively and comprehensively both verbally and in written reports
Knowledge of project management techniques
Ability to work well under pressure when facing complex workloads
Experience: 1 - 5 years
