1. Ensure that carefully made products are available to service customer deliveries in line with the sales plan for retail, Horeca and export sales lines.
2.Ensure that the production floor operates in line with the product costings and produce better yield rates for the product segments. Strict adherence with the production budget.
3.To ensure that the machinery on the factory floor are operative with minimum/ no breakdowns and ensure that the maximum efficiency is drawn from machine running time
4.To do new product developments to cater the current and evolving market demands and present the same to the sales team for market penetrations.
5.To ensure that the production supervisors are punching the production entries/ attendance on time and accurately.
6.To ensure that raw material usage is efficient and that better yields are made because of Proper supervision of the supervisors, production team leaders and factory staff.
7.To participate in cross functional meetings and be a problem solver to adopt to market changes and Special customer requirements.
8.Ensure that the Production floor is maintained in line with proper local regulatory requirements; Dubai Municipality.
9.Ensure that the production floor and factory is in line with the HACCP,BRC requirements
10.Ensure that the factory floor is operational with minimal supervision from the manufacturing lead.
11.Manage and handle staff issues at factory floor level and reduce the involvement of HR.
12.To ensure adherence to HSE procedures.
13.Setting of product quality standards to produce better quality products and to support Supply Chain for carefully selecting materials.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
