We are seeking a Distribution Associate, who is friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented to reflect the high standards to our new Candy business.
The position will provide courteous service, answer questions, and complete orders for retailers and customers.
By offering product samples, the position will politely engage in selling techniques to enhance Candy orders.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Distribution Associate is responsible for
• Conduct sales visits with the partners
• Support the key AD branch relationships
• Facilitate major market and/or strategic partner locations business reviews
• Coordinate New Product Introduction
• Search for New Customers
• Campaign Management
• Customer Account Management.
• Recruit new re sellers and various partners in the region as needed, Develop and execute business plans with all re sellers,
• Oversee the development of partner sales, net new customer accounts, partner training/enablement, and engagement plans and processes to achieve specific product and revenue targets.
• Interact and manage re seller sales teams to ensure that they can both effectively manage assigned sales goals and achieve revenue targets and publish monthly reports tracking success and or failure.
• Report monthly and quarterly; on all Lead development of co/joint sales/marketing programs, events, and partner collateral.
Experience: 2 - 4 years
