A. Collection Control
a. Ensure all receipt batches are posted and deposited in the bank
B. Leasing Process
a. Final Review of Lease agreements before sending to the General Manager
b. Monitoring of Lease Processing Flow
c. Review and approval of Monthly Leasing Incentive
C. Legal Cases
a. Monitor and review legal cases report prepared by Legal Advisor
b. Ensure progress of legal cases filed.
D. Monthly VAT Reports
a. Final Review and Approval of Vat Reports
b. Coordinating with Head Office for VAT consolidation and filing and other required reports
E. Accounts Payable
a. Approve LPOs as per Limit and initial other LPOs above the authority
b. Ensure Adequate Cash Flow for the cheque payments processed
c. Review of Annual Maintenance Contracts
d. Approval of Fixed Asset Control Form
F. Payroll
a. Review and Approval of Payroll
G. Financial Reports
a. Review of Monthly Financial Reports before forwarding to Board of Directors
H. Monthly Closing
a. Final Review of Accounts Receivable Aging Report
b. Ensure all month end closing activities are met as per deadlines set
c. Coordination with Head Office for Income Generation and Closing
I. Monthly Planning and Control of Expenses versus expected Revenue.
J. PERFORM ALL OTHER FUNCTIONS AS REQUIRED.
SECONDARY DUTIES
Experience: 7 - 14 years
Education: Chartered Accountant(Chartered Accountant), CA Inter(Chartered Accountant), ICWA Inter(Cost & Works Accountant), Inst. of Cost & Works Accountants(Cost & Works Accountant), Bachelor of Commerce(Commerce), Bachelor of Business Administration(Management).
