1) Site Construction and Operation:
- Ensure the material and manpower management to meet project daily progress targets.
- Handle shut down activities
- Plan and execute Pre-shutdown works.
- Coordinate with client contractor and subcontractor for the successful execution of Tie-in and hot tapping activity
- Prepare method statements and assist in TRA preparation
- Ensure 9PTW)permit to works are in place
- Ensure distribution of resources properly for high level of productivity
- Review P&ID and isometrics for isolation and construction activities
- As-built drawing preparation.
- Pressure testing of completed lines
- Coordinating with QC department for clearing NDT.
- Guidance to work force for piping and equipment erection activities
2) Detailing :
- Raise Technical query or design change request in consultation with engineering when and where applicable.
- 3-D model review in nawis works / Smart plant review.
- Pipe support fabrication drawing preparation.
- Spooling mark up as per transportation requirements.
- System mark and test package preparation
3) Design:
- Temporary support design.
- Area displacement calculation
- Basis of pressure vessel design and fabrication
- Knowledge in Static and rotary equipment.
- Material Take off
- Knowledge of ASME,ASNT and API codes
- Basics of piping routing knowledge.
4) IT Skills and software Knowledge:
- Minimum Three Of Below Mentioned
(PV Elite, Ceaser-ii ,Spoolgen ,AutoCAD,PDMS)
Experience: 5 - 8 years
