- 7 years of relevant experience in testing of PVC, HDPE, PPR, PP, ABS Pipes & Fittings and Raw Material in pipes and fittings manufacturing company.
- Ensuring that the products meets the standards stipulated by various certification bodies such as:
1. Quality Management System Accreditation ISO 9001:2008
by BSI ( British standards Institution )
2. BSI Kite mark (UK) certification for the PVC, PE and ABS pipe and fittings
3. DVGW ( German) certification for PE pipes
4. KIWA ( Holland) certification for PPR pipes and fittings
5. FM (USA) certification for Firefighting PE pipes
6. WRAS certification for PE,PVC pipes
- Conducts batch testing during the production process as well as the dispatch process to ensure quality adherence.
- Experience in developing and implementation of quality standards and procedures.
- Supervising product defect analysis and scraps and manage reduction.
Experience: 7 - 10 years
