• Analyze the feasibility schedule given by the Operation Planner
• Plan and Execute the production schedule of specific production lines as per schedule given by the Production Planner base on Machine Resources, Manpower, and Materials Availability
• Update the Production Operation Status Daily on the system
• Arrange the Bill of Material, production Operation, machine hours for all new items to be produce.
• Evaluate the existing BOM and resources, and introduce the alternative materials from the dead or slow moving materials.
• Implement the process and documentation of the Production as per ISO standards, with maximum utilization of the resources.
• Provide immediate solution or alternatives in case any machine, labor or materials constraint without affecting the schedule of delivery.
• Implement the safety guideline in his product lines as per ISO Standards.
Experience: 3 - 5 years
