To ensure the quality of the deliverables; reviewing the contractor’s documents, drawings, process calculations, reports, philosophy documents, vendor document/drawings/calculation related.
Ensuring compliance to the tender bulletin, tender specifications, review the documents within the project review cycle, pro-actively achieve the targeted progress, inter disciplinary coordination, vendor document review, interaction with the vendors, participation in Design Review, HAZID, HAZOP session
P&IDs, PFD & H&MB preparation and checking.
Line sizing & Pump hydraulics checking.
Simulation with Hydrodynamic slug module (since the flow regime is slug).
Ramp up to 100% throughput from 25%, 33.3% and 50% of throughput.
Sizing Calculations for all Drum’s and Vessels as per Shell DEP.
Production Separator & compressor gas scrubber sizing calculation.
MOL pipeline steady state hydraulics.
MOL & produced water disposal Pump & Compressor datasheets, settle-out pressure calculation.
Vessel and chemical package datasheet preparation.
