Ensure timely processing of purchase orders and follow up on the same so as to process the letters of credit to the suppliers
Timely follow up on shipments to ensure on-time deliveries to satisfy the customers and avoid out-of-stock situations.
Processing of LC amendments if any discrepancy in the LC so as not to delay the shipments.
Business Performance
Maintain up-to-date record on all current and planned shipments
Coordinate with the product and export management departments to ensure orders are processed as per their requests
Develop and maintain healthy relation with suppliers for smooth flow of information on shipments.
Develop the business relation with shipping companies for the better service from them and to satisfy our customers
Develop business relation with banks for timely processing of LC and release of documents
