Minimum of 2 years working experience is required for this position.
Diploma in electronics or related subject
Participating in checking, examining and repairing A3 Copier, Large format printer/MFP with optimal quality, time and cost to satisfy and handle customer complaints.
Installation & Setup of network for A3 Copier, Large format printer/MFP/Black White and Color
Perform service and repairing defective products brought in by customers.
Perform preventive maintenance and service.
Invoicing and collecting service charges.
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of service workshop and ensuring packing and arranging tools and equipment after use.
Identify the maintenance requirements for the machine during visits.
