Regional Sales Manager

We have an opening for Regional Sales Manager with one of the Fetilizer Manufacturing Company in Dubai.

Business development in the given area and nearby territories, developing new customers
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets by volume, value and by region:
i) Responsible to cover xxx initially and then to other countries. Initial target would be given for a period of six months (on individual basis, Target subject to revision on successful completion of Probation).
ii) Commercial activities will involve:
a. Fertilizers (Entire product range offered by the company)
b. Industrial Chemicals (Development & Sales)
c. Agricultural Implements (Development & Sales)
d. Agri Commodities (Trade Development)
Weekly/monthly/annual sales reporting
Rate per mt. to be maintained, if not exceeded; price fixing support
Finding/sourcing and managing new customers
Identify, manage exhibitions, dealer programs, etc.
Support to Agronomist activities
Managing, grooming, mentoring, supervising, etc. subordinate staff, if any
Any other tasks required by senior management
Your base will be xxx from where you will be travelling as per business needs and CLIENT directives.
You may have to travel in territories allotted to you to develop and generate business as detailed above. All travel expenses for business purposes, on prior approval, will be reimbursed against actuals on submission of original bills. Later, on mutual agreement, we may move to fixed allowances to cover such expenses.
