We are looking for Operating Supplies and Equipments procurement coordinator for Dubai, UAE.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Effectively build and foster external relationships with suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers. This involves implementing, analyzing, and measuring key performance indicators to ensure effectiveness, compliance to brand standards and specifications, risk, and liabilities.
Execute strategies based on subject matter expertise, technical knowledge, job experience and management skills that demonstrate our value proposition and optimize results.
Forecast, achieve, and document cost savings/cost containment/cost avoidance through negotiations, competitive bids, and innovative product rationalization.
Develop an expertise and execute strategies on all items within the scope of work.
Perform the duties and provide technical knowledge regarding products within areas of responsibility.
Timely closure on key initiatives such as sourcing events, contracts renegotiation, projects and pilots.
A commitment to learning and development that encourages personal and professional growth
Experience: 2 - 3 years
