Strong technical knowledge and experience in designing, implementing, integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance, of ELV System such as Access Control, Gate Barriers & Turnstiles, Time and attendance, ID Card Printers, CCTV, Networking & Wireless Solution, Analog & IP telephonic, RFID, PA System and Audio Video Intercom and etc.
Addressing customers technical inquiries, and doing the site survey to identify the suitable solutions and BOQ & solution design.
Strong technical knowledge on Microsoft SQL Server, MY SQL, Oracle, Azure and Active Directory, also understanding of third party application integration concept.
Repairing, Installation and troubleshooting of different hardware and software.
Able to interact with customer and represent the company in professional manners.
Ability to manage projects and supervise the work that is being assigned, and related documentations.
Providing training, technical documentations to the customers on various system.
Excellent Communication & writing skills.
Learning and adapting to the latest technology according to the market changes.
Experience: 4 - 9 years
