Ensure that the production meets or exceeds efficiency as per the set quality standards with the least amount of overtime
Commitment to meeting company’s goals of Production Schedules and Quality
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and issues
Plan and Monitor Production for all jobs
Plan Production Manpower & allocating overtime when necessary to ensure timely completion of jobs as per procedure
Verify Approved drawings before starting the production and ensure to report any discrepancy in terms of material or design to Engg Dept
Maintain and Optimize Usage of Available Production Resource , Time and Space
Ensure that all Factory Areas, Tools & Machines are well maintained and accounted for
Experience:
3 - 5 years
