Develops and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
Prepares and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
Communication of Health Safety & Environment Policy/Plans throughout the organization and ensuring its implementation
Understands project requirements in accordance with applicable requirements, specification and code agreed in the contract
Ensures effective implementation of IMS Management System manuals and procedures. Policy, Plans throughout the organization
Evaluates practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
Conducts training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
Reviews evaluate and analyze work environments and design site-specific programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent injuries
For all Jobsite deficiencies, identifies a plan for the site to implement and fix all identified deficiencies
Monitors all construction work for compliance with safety requirements
Evaluates working conditions and recommends changes in methods and work procedures in relation to safety methods, practices and procedures
Recommends solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
Assists in conducting inspections and enforcing adherence to laws and regulations governing the health and safety of individuals
