Manage and oversee the overall finance activities and be able to manage a team of 2 accountants
Prepare Financial statements including Balance sheet, income statement, cash flow and experience in consolidated financial statements
Month end closing process, and maintaining the prepaid schedules and provisions and posting of all the month end entries.
Monthly management reporting for Owner and Director
Bank Reconciliations and complex intercompany transactions and intercompany reconciliations
Preparing the budgets, forecasts for the group and prepare sales target with the help of Director
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
Filing of quarterly VAT return
Ensure that all the records are kept and meet the IFRS regulations and FTA guidelines
Prepare the monthly payroll for the group
Liaison with the auditor for the annual statutory audit and prepare everything for the audit purposes
MIS Reporting and make sure MIS is align with the accounting software
Timely delivery of ad hoc reports for the owner and Director
