The Project Manager shall deliver synergies and efficiency across the organization by providing senior guidance to the Company staff engaged in the delivery of the Services.
The Project Manager shall monitor the performance and the progress and performance of the Services to prevent delays in the delivery against the agreed project implementation plan
The Project Manager shall have the following additional key authorities and responsibilities:
Monitor the delivery and the performance of the Services in compliance with the requirements, project implementation plan and performance obligations set out in the Agreement and relevant Intimation Letter.
Resolve escalated risks or issues identified by the Company Personnel, by organization or by it’s third parties necessary for the successful completion and performance of the Service.
Managing the correct, timely and valid invoicing for the Deliverables accepted by organization in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
Making decisions with respect to actions to be taken by the Company in the ordinary course of day-to-day management to meet commitments, requirements and expectations set out in the Agreement and relevant Intimation Letter.
