We are looking for Business Development Manager – Logistics/Industrial Development
JOB SUMMARY
Development of the company acquired industrial investment park, prospecting and securing long term investors and tenants.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify potential investment opportunities as per Company's strategy
Screening and evaluation of investment opportunities
Development of business cases and investment proposals
Develop strong relationships with key government and non-government stakeholders as well as identification of local potential partners
Preparation of tender material
Participate in negotiation of project terms and conditions
