Responsible for making a project schedule as per the agreed terms with client.
Organizes / assigns production team to a specific project.
Manages day to day operational aspects of a project.
Manages the production team to achieve project objectives.
Coordinates with contractors / sub-contractors for the flawless execution of a project.
Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Ensures that the highest quality standards are met.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate variation techniques.
Monitors and reports on progress of the project to the management.
Manages a good relationship with client.
Performs risk management to minimize project risk.
Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
Experience 8 - 10 years
