Job Responsibilities:
Able to read construction drawings and plans
Assist the Rockworks Supervisor in the manpower distribution
Monitor actual operator/equipment production for each type of work
Able to decide the right equipment for each type of work
Monitor actual machine hours and fuel consumption
Able to lead a team and produce good workmanship
Understand rock gradation and specification
Understand GPS or bucket positioning system
Good background in equipment management
Able to write daily progress report
Understand barge loading and off-loading of rocks
Ability to determine forecast activities and plan accordingly
Able to determine future problem in an early stage
