We are looking for Customer service freight logistics forwarder
JOB RESPOSIBILMES
Handling Air Export and Air Import shipments
Handling Export FCL, LCL, Import FCL and LCL shipments.
Laising with all major Shipping Lines and Airlines for Procuring the best rates for the quoting the customers.
Arranging the shipments from placing the booking until delivery of the consignments.
Monitor the shipments on a daily basis, deal with any issues that may have occurred Shipment Status, Container loading and positioning, Quoting, Lost Shipments
Perform Various Customer Service activities, including upselling and handling new and Existing Accounts
Maintaining rates sheet, Overseas Agent List, Contact details
Arranging of Sea Export Shipments from Container release from the shipping Line, Transporter, passing of Export Declaration, Submitting Shipping Instructions, Follow-up of draft confirmation, collection of Bill of lading and Delivery.
