JOB PURPOSE
Prepares and serves products in the Meat/ Fish/ Pork Butchery section as per standards of display, maintenance and orderliness and achieve sales, shrinkage and stock level targets.
To provide excellent direct and indirect customer service to customers at the Butchery section
Understanding of section sales, inventory and shrinkage target
Planning and ordering stock
Avoiding expiry and manage short-expiry stock
Preparation of meat, merchandising and storing
