Prepare and Deliver lessons to a range of classes different ages and abilities
Provide Student centered learning experience at the highest educational quality standard.
Research new topic areas, main up to date subject knowledge, develop and prepare new curriculum materials
Select and use a wide range of different learning resources and equipment, including podcast and interactive whiteboards.
Prepare Student for qualification and external examination.
Liaise with other professional, such as learning mentors, advisers, educational psychologist and social workers.
Communicate with parents and careers over student' progress and participate in departmental meetings, parents evenings and school events
