The primary role of the Commercial Manager is to manage and expand company’s commercial activity that will lead to revenue generation and sustainable growth of the organization as well as lead and support all the warehouses in UAE that are managed by the company. You will be a main point of contact for the teams, having the warehouse leaders directly reporting to you.
Key responsibilities include driving success of the sales function, overseeing development of the existing accounts, determining the optimal pricing strategies and managing marketing efforts. You need to ensure operations are running smoothly and customer KPI’s being fulfilled as well as following the HSE standards and legal regulations. You are responsible of cost control within the warehouses and clear and consistent reporting for the operations as well as employee matters
experince 5 - 8 years
education Master of Science, MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt
