Role and Responsibilities
Extensive coordination within internal team such as Engineering, Quality and Logistic for project’s A to Z scope & deliverable. Managing critical solutions for all power generation projects, covering single or multiple designs for generator(s) – diesel and gas, controls, integrated switch gear, balance of plant items and civil construction needs. Managing contractor site team
Managing supplier order, deliverable, Quality.
Addressing contractual requirement and ensuring scope delivery on time. Managing customer communication and liaising with customer.
Identifying and managing project risk, and developing risk mitigation plan, Project Scheduling and Schedule update
Preparing project reports and management update updated
Conflict management and extending collaboration in different team for achieving project goal.
Ensure adherence to the guidance provided and inclusion of legal and finance functions in all projects undertaken
