we are Addar Chemicals Company located in Jubail Industrial city 1 looking
for: Plant Operator as below requirement and responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities
• Responsible for all field operation of MPP Plant.
• Has to carry out operations like charging of raw materials to reactors, discharging & transferring of products from reactors, filling drums, loading and unloading operation, etc as required for plant operation as per SOP.
• To maintain all process control & Product control *********s at various stages, within the specified range.
• Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
• Responsible for sending sample as define at interval time with proper labelling.
• Ensure all checklists to be filled for batch reactors, heaters, drum filling machines etc.
• Ensure all checklists to be filled for loading and unloading operation of raw materials and products.
• Ensure the consumption of Raw Material within standard norms.
• Ensure all equipments and pumps to be run in safe manner and inform the Shift In-Charge for any abnormality.
• To take responsibility of the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line with the company’s quality systems, processes and SOPs.
• To wear all PPE as per requirement, and to follow all safety rules and regulation of the company.
• Please work & communicate closely with DCS operator and Shift In charge during shift for process operation.
• Maintaining high level of timekeeping is of the essence.
• Must give and take proper charge to/from reliever in proper manner for whole status of operation inside the plant.
• Log sheet to be filled in proper manner during shift, highlighting all the issues that were observed and resolved with current status.
• Highlight any problem observed during shift to DCS operator / Shift In-Charge.
• Plant Operators are prohibited to leave process area without permission of DCS operator and Shift In-Charge.
• In case of any nonconformity, inform the DCS operator/Shift In-Charge / Operation Manager and take corrective action as per guidelines given by them.

Note: - Plant Operator must not change or tamper any system *********s in the DCS/plant without knowledge of DCS operator and the Shift In-charge.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical Engineer or must be passed out from technical education school.

• Knowledge in Chemical and Petrochemical industries
• to be able to follow written instructions
• the ability to work as part of a team
• good hand-eye co-ordination
• good problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience

Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Chemical and Petrochemical Industries

Additional traits

• Shall be able to read, write & speak in English for better communication.
• Ability to work co-operatively and effectively within the team.
• Ability to work independently with initiative to solve problems without regular supervision.
• Ability to undertake manual handling tasks and physical workloads.

Working conditions

• Work in physically challenging environments, with heavy machinery and potentially hazardous chemicals.
• Strict safety procedures and regulations must be followed to minimise the risk.
• Usually work a set Schedule
• Work in Split shift
